Your
respon­sibilities

Strategic support for the Director of Human Resources

• Human Resources (HR) Programme Management: in consultation with Controlling, you will follow up on HR projects and priorities in line with Fluxys’ strategic objectives and HR strategy
• You will track HR trends and global developments and communicate them in a clear and structured manner as a sounding board for the DHR
• You will work closely with the DHR to develop and prepare management seminars and networking events
• You will handle the cascading of strategic objectives
  • Based on the strategic note, you will play an active role in cascading the strategic objectives to the different levels of the organisation and the associated teams
  • More specifically, you will assist executive management in translating strategic objectives into individual goals within scorecards for members of the management team

Corporate Governance

• You will manage and monitor all processes describing the interactions between Fluxys HQ and subsidiaries abroad
• Working with Corporate Governance, you will manage HR/Legal-related processes, adapt them if necessary and develop new processes (appointment of directors, succession, drawing up objectives, etc.)

Optimisation and digitalisation

• You will actively participate in working groups on various projects, serving as a sounding board in cross-cutting HR projects including working on the digitalisation of HR tools and working methods
• You will support the DHR in implementing the HR policy for HR authorisations (including HR tools)

you

• You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field
• You possess over five years of relevant experience in a generalist role in strategy, communication, or human resources
• You have a strong track record in creating high-quality documents, reports, and visually engaging presentations
• You demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic vision, as well as the ability to synthesize information and think creatively
• You exhibit rigour, pragmatism, organisation, and structure in your work approach
• You are proactive, self-reliant, and results-oriented
• You can adapt quickly and successfully manage uncertainty and change
• You have a keen interest in the evolving energy market
• You have excellent digital skills and advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
• You have an excellent command of French, Dutch, and English
