For the ICT Governance & ICT Security division at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for an Architecture Office Coordinator (m/f/x).
 

Fluxys Digital designs, develops and manages all the company's IT systems, and is therefore responsible for all commercial, functional, technical and application-related aspects. Our in-house developments run in several datacentres and in the cloud and are accessible on several devices. We also develop our own series of Gas Flow Management products, which we market and provide operational support for. Our in-house developments are combined with standard products, cloud applications and Office 365 services.

Your
respon­sibilities

• You analyse and document business processes and activities for the capabilities and domains within your scope
• You collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model in your area of responsibility
• You gather and analyse business requirements in close collaboration with project teams
• You coordinate functional aspects of the architecture to ensure seamless integration
• You analyse the quality of functional analysis and logical architecture of proposed solutions
• You proactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy

About
you

• You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• You have good knowledge of processes and methods to cope with functional and technical complex environments
• You have an affinity with an architectural frameworks like Togaf and have knowledge of BPMN, UML and Archimate
• You have good knowledge of cloud technologies
• You have an Agile mindset
• You are able to write formal architecture documents and specifications
• You have flexibility and team spirit to work perfectly in various project groups simultaneously
• You have good communication and people skills enabling you to coach business analysts
• You have analytical skills, as well as a methodical and careful way of working
• You have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
